She was famously close friends with the late Michael Jackson – a special relationship she details in her new memoir, There Was A Little Girl: The Real Story Of My Mother And Me.
But despite their strong bond, Brooke Shields revealed during her Watch What Happens Live appearance on Wednesday that she would not let the King of Pop become godfather to her first born child.
‘I thought, Oh my god that’s so sort of sad that he wanted to do that and I sort of had to deny him that,’ the 49-year-old actress said. ‘And it was just like, “Oh no…” He was really wanting to have that connection.’

Her first born child is daughter Rowan Henchy, now 11-years-old, whose father is Brooke’s husband, screenwriter and producer Chris Henchy, 50.
The mother-of-two explained to host Andy Cohen: ‘My sister-in-law had to be the godmother and then there was a brother-in-law.’
The beauty made no mention of the singer’s child molestation cases, the first one taking place in 1993 and the second in 2003.

Michael is however, godfather to Nicole Richie and the Bee Gees star Barry Gibb’s son Michael.
Brooke, who also has eight-year-old daughter Grier, details her relationship with the legendary singer in her juicy new tell-all memoir, released on Tuesday.
‘From the day we met, we saw something of ourselves in each other,’ the brunette wrote. ‘We felt really safe. Together, we felt impervious to the craziness that swirled around us.
‘We joked about how silly people were and watched movies and ate candy.’

She added that they loved each other, though not romantically. And that he seemed ‘terrified’ of dating and romance. ‘I think there was an arrested development,’ Brooke wrote.
While playing Plead The Fifth on Watch What Happens Live, Brooke was also questioned about her former crush George Michael, the singer who later came out as gay.

‘During this time, tell me something that he said or did that now makes your gaydar go wild, that clearly didn’t resonate at the time,’ Andy, 46, said.
‘He said, “I love the colour of your sweater,”‘ Brooke replied. ‘He added, ““It’s mauve.” And I was like, “It’s amazing he understands my fashion sense!”’
Brooke also confirmed that her former flame Liam Neeson is very well endowed.

‘True’ she said when interrogated, describing his package as ‘ample.’
She added laughingly: ‘And my husband’s gonna like kill me right now. He’s so mad right now. I can tell.’
Brooke appeared on the show with Russell Brand, who joked with her.
‘You made unnecessary revelations about Liam Neeson’s genitals when you had the fifth available to you… to save your marriage!’ the 39-year-old actor and comedian said.
