Foster and Griffin share one child, 7-year-old daughter Emily, whom they adopted in 2017. The split comes as rumors of a romance between her and former The Music Man co-star Hugh Jackman , 56, continue to circulate. Sutton confirmed her engagement to Griffin in 2013.

The pair said 'I do' in a private ceremony in Santa Barbara, California, in October 2014. After facing difficulties with fertility for years, Foster and Griffin adopted Emily in spring of 2016.
