As Sean “Diddy” Combs is awaiting trial while being incarcerated in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, more allegations against the disgraced rapper continue to pile up.

Another recent lawsuit has come up where the plaintiff accused the rapper and with the help of others such as his supposed right-hand woman, one of his friends, three John Does and a Jane Doe of “sexual assault, battery, rape, sexual abuse, false imprisonment and kidnapping.” The victim is suing for $50 million and claimed the abuse began after she mentioned to Diddy’s friend that she wasn’t “impressed” by him knowing Diddy since she believed he played a part in Tupac’s murder in 1996 while the disgraced music mogul was FaceTime on his friend’s phone in the club in 2018. Diddy has denied any involvement in Tupac’s death.

Diddy allegedly told the plaintiff she would “pay” for her remark. The woman stated within the lawsuit how after she was allegedly gang-raped, Diddy and another defendant were arguing about Tupac which led to a neighbor checking in and leaving once threatened. She held a concealed knife that she stole from the kitchen in her hand. With that concealed knife, she charged at Diddy.

The lawsuit claimed: “Plaintiff then pushed Defendant Diddy from behind, while on the stone stairs outside, causing him to fall with his back to Plaintiff. Plaintiff then raised the knife, in a rage from the events that just transpired and with the intent of driving the knife into Defendant Diddy’s back, when he turned around and began pleading for his life.”

The document continued: “Plaintiff, shocked now to see Defendant Diddy acting as a victim had a moment of clarity and then turned and ran down the outdoor stone staircase back out to the backyard to escape. Defendant Diddy then chased Plaintiff down the stairs and attempted to push her but she was already at the bottom of the stairs and gained her footing and wielded the knife at Defendant Diddy grazing his abdomen.”

The lawsuit claimed that the commotion had his alleged right-hand woman and Jane Doe appearing. The woman began to apply first aid to Diddy due to the knife injury. The victim said she took advantage of their distraction to escape but was stopped by one of the John Does. She was eventually able to flee from him as she made it to the street and began yelling for help. Defendant Doe 1 caught up to her claiming to be an undercover cop which the plaintiff said she had no idea of the validity of his statement.

She went on to say in the lawsuit that the neighbor who had come out before heard her screaming and asked them both what was happening. Before she could answer, gunshots were fired in her direction. She added that she and the neighbor reportedly took cover under a vehicle and lost trace of Defendant Doe 1. She stated she had heard a SUV speed off and leave the residence.

The woman said she went back to the neighbor’s home after he told her he called the police and she told him that Diddy raped her but he didn’t know who Diddy was. She alleged that a sheriff from the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department came by and didn’t help her in terms of offering to take her home nor to a hospital or help recover her belongings from Diddy friend’s home. The sheriff reportedly instructed her to go home and acknowledged he got the noise complaints from the neighbor.

She claims she eventually went back to Diddy friend’s home to get her clothes, purse, keys and phone and was “catatonic and in the state of shock and disbelief.” The friend allegedly acted like nothing was wrong, telling her to stay over and “sleep it off.” He reportedly left and then came back in the morning, giving back her belongings and she went home.

Diddy has continued to deny all allegations against him, issuing a statement Monday which read: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”
