Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs has been accused of drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl in a civil lawsuit, which he has denied, with photos from the event now resurfacing

Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs can be seen having a conversation with his then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez in newly shared photographs from the party in which he allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl.

The rapper, 54, was accused of drugging and raping the child in one of several lawsuits filed by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee. Combs has vehemently denied all allegations against him. J.Lo has not been implicated in any of the claims against him and she has not publicly responded to the allegations.

The newly surfaced photographs show Diddy and J.Lo seemingly having a heated discussion before the rapper walked away from her. The pictures were taken at the now-defunct Lotus nightclub during an afterparty for the 2000 MTV VMAs in New York City.

The event took place on September 7, 2000. In the pictures, J.Lo can be seen wearing a multicolor patterned mini tube dress which she accessorized with a silver necklace and silver hoop earrings.

Diddy was stood in front of J.Lo wearing a white T-shirt and baseball cap, with his hand resting on the wall behind her head. He leaned in to the Jenny from the Block hitmaker as she spoke. It’s unclear what the pair were speaking about.

Diddy was seen holding a bottle of champagne in his hand during the interaction. Shortly before the exchange, J.Lo was seen standing next to her sister Lynda Lopez on an elevated platform above the rest of the crowd as Diddy poured champagne for guests.

Lynda continued dancing nearby after Diddy walked away from J.Lo. Other guests seen at the party include Jay Z, Ben Stiller, Ice T and magician David Blaine, none of whom have been implicated in any wrongdoing.

The pictures have resurfaced as Combs faces a new lawsuit alleging he raped a 13-year-old girl on the same night as two people, identified only as Celebrity A and Celebrity B, watched. Lopez is not named in the civil lawsuit. The Mirror US has approached attorneys for Combs and Jennifer’s representative for comment.

The lawsuit alleged Combs raped the young girl at the party after he “aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes”. The lawsuit alleged the 13-year-old girl “had a friend drop her off at Radio City Music Hall in New York City so she could try to attend the Video Music Awards (VMAs)”. The alleged victim arrived at the venue, but remained outside as she didn’t have a ticket.

The lawsuit continued: “Determined to get into an afterparty, she approached several limousine drivers, attempting to talk her way into the VMAs. One of the limousine drivers she spoke to claimed to work for Defendant Combs.”

The driver is alleged to have told the accuser that Combs “liked younger girls” and said she “fit what Diddy was looking for,” according to the new legal complaint. He’s said to have then invited her to an afterparty.

The limousine driver later drove the girl alone to the afterparty, according to the documents. The alleged victim claimed to have been asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement and agree not to talk about what happened at the party. She alleged she wasn’t given a copy of the document.

The lawsuit claimed there were “many celebrities” at the parties and staff walking around with trays of drinks. The documents alleged: “Plaintiff observed widespread drug use, including marijuana and cocaine. Plaintiff accepted a drink, a reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice, cranberry juice, and something bitter.”

After one drink, the alleged victim is said to have started to feel “woozy and lightheaded”. The lawsuit continued: “Looking for a place to rest, Plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment. She did not lock the door.”

Combs is then said to have entered the room shortly after with a male and female celebrity. The lawsuit alleged Combs “aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, ‘You are ready to party’.”

The accuser then claimed Combs threw her towards the male celebrity, referred to as Celebrity A, who allegedly “removed Plaintiff’s clothes as she grew more and more disoriented”. The lawsuit alleges the girl was “held down by Celebrity A who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched.”

The lawsuit continued: “After the male celebrity finished, Combs then vaginally raped Plaintiff while the Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched. Combs attempted to force Plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped.”

The alleged victim is then said to have grabbed her clothes before wandering around the house naked as she looked for the exit. She claims to have only gotten dressed once outside the property.

She allegedly then reached a gas station where a female clerk allowed her to use the phone after “noticing her distress”. The lawsuit continued: “Plaintiff called her father, admitted that she had lied about her whereabouts, and asked him to pick her up.

“After the assault, Plaintiff fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life.” The lawsuit is one of several which has been filed against Diddy by Tony Buzbee.

They include allegations of rape, sexual assault and sexual abuse, all of which Diddy has denied. Responding to the announcement of the lawsuits, Combs’ attorney Erica Wolff said: “We cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”

She concluded: “He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

In a second statement about the lawsuits, Diddy’s attorneys told The Mirror US: “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
