Selena Gomez was “caught” grinding on someone who isn’t her boyfriend, and the Selenators are losing it. Gomez, who is currently in a long-term relationship with music producer Benny Blanco, attended a Sabrina Carpenter concert with a group of friends that included her Emilia Pérez co-star Edgar Ramírez but did not appear to include Blanco, and in a video from the outing, the two are dancing together very, very closely.
On TikTok, fans are freaking out. Did Sel and Ben break up? Are they in an open relationship? You can watch the video, which was first posted and then deleted by Gomez’s close friend Connar Franklin, here.
In the comments, viewers are very confused, wondering if they missed a “chapter” in the ongoing saga of Gomez’s love life. Others cheer her on. The Only Murders in the Building star has yet to make a statement, but she did turn off the comments on her most recent TikTok, and this is probably why.
Okay…hot take? This is not a huge thing. Gomez is looking straight down the barrel of the camera. If she were “cheating,” wouldn’t she try to hide it better? For his part, Blanco just uploaded a pic of him and Selena being cute at Disneyland. Not exactly a couple on the outs.

Clearly, some people find her dancing with Ramírez inappropriate and wouldn’t make the same choice with a male friend, which is fine. But that doesn’t mean this particular group of friends necessarily feels that way. Letting loose at a concert…haven’t we all!
