Ever wanted to know – in detail – how Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO hit it off?
Well look no further than the video that Bunnie XO put together below, which basically laid out the entire story of how she and Jelly Roll met, fell in love, and got married. The model and podcast host decided to show never-before-seen footage that she had saved from some of her and Jelly Roll’s first interactions, as well as their proposal and wedding.
As she tells the story, the pair first met in 2015. Bunnie XO had just gotten out of a relationship, and as she describes it, Jelly Roll wasn’t locked down, but did have “hoes in different area codes.” The two eventually crossed paths again when Bunnie XO went to a Cypress Hill concert that Jelly was opening for, and they officially started talking in February of 2016.
Their first kiss was in July (and was actually caught on camera), and according to Bunnie XO, it didn’t take long after that for the couple to make things official:
“Our chemistry was undeniable. We couldn’t keep our hands off of each other, and from then on out, we haven’t left each other’s sides. And a month later, he proposed to me on stage at a Deft Tones concert in Las Vegas. How f**king rock and roll is that?”
Videos shared by Bunnie XO in the clip below then show them tying the knot Las Vegas style, and it’s incredibly cool to get an inside look at how their romance came to be. And let’s be honest… the only way Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO could have gotten married was in Las Vegas.
It was meant to be:
Bunnie XO shared this video around the same time that Jelly Roll put out a heartfelt post about the couple’s eight year wedding anniversary. The rapper-turned-country-artist didn’t include any videos in his post like Bunnie XO did. Instead, he opted to share a photo of them sharing a moment backstage at the Grand Ole Opry.
Along with this romantic message:
“8 years of marriage to my best friend. 8 years of laughing until our stomach hurts, of late night tv shows and giggles, unconditional love and overcoming obstacles, pushing boundaries and pushing each other further and further towards our dreams. 8 years of building. But 8 years is a small candle compared to the forever that I know is OUR story…
Thank you for your consistency in my life . Thank you for your love and attention. Thank you for raising our daughter as your own. Thank your believing in me when I was with believing in. I can’t wait to see you in San Jose. Let’s cheers to many, many, many more.”
