Sean “Diddy” Combs once tried to invite Prince Harry and William to his parties but was immediately blocked by royal staff.
After the Sean ” Diddy ” Combs scandal broke, audiences searched for information related to the rapper’s wild parties. Among them, British royal expert Christopher Andersen’s revelation about the hip hop mogul attracted attention.
Specifically, in 2011, he claimed that Diddy had tried to invite Prince William and Prince Harry to his infamous parties. At that time, both princes were still single.
“Diddy invited both William and Harry when they were still young men getting themselves into trouble. They were clearly both in the spotlight when they were young, partying at nightclubs in London and elsewhere,” the expert explained. “But Diddy’s invitation was wisely declined. After William and Kate got engaged, he took the hint and stopped inviting them.”
Royal experts believe that both princes would have easily agreed to attend these parties because they were still young bachelors at the time. However, thanks to the palace managers, the two brothers actually avoided a big problem.
The Sean “Diddy” Combs case has now become more complicated as 120 victims have come forward to accuse him of sexual harassment and abuse. The rapper is accused of sexually abusing 25 minors, including a 9-year-old boy.
