According to the victims, Diddy stopped at nothing to rape or force them into sexual service.

On October 15, Page Six reported that hip-hop mogul Diddy continues to face five new sexual assault lawsuits. The plaintiffs filed the lawsuit in the Southern District Court of New York (USA) on October 14, accusing the rapper of raping, drugging and threatening to kill the victims. Notably, two of the five new lawsuits against Diddy are men.

According to court documents, an unnamed woman said that in 2004, she was invited by Diddy to a photo shoot, and then she was raped by the male artist in a hotel room in Manhattan (New York, USA) when she was only 19 years old. The female college student was also taken by the boss to a private party held in a secret room. Here, Diddy attacked her and another person. According to the victim, they were locked in a closed space, unable to escape. Diddy controlled and threatened to kill them if they did not obey and agree to sexually serve the boss.

Diddy was accused of threatening to kill the victim in order to commit sexual assault.

In another lawsuit, a man accused Diddy of sexually assaulting him in a department store warehouse in 2008. Another man also accused the rapper of drugging and raping him in a van outside a White Party hosted by Diddy in 2006, despite his repeated pleas.

The other two complaints came from two people who attended Diddy’s parties in 1995-1998. The victims were very young at the time. One of the two victims said Diddy invited her to a party promoting Biggie Smalls’ music video One More Chance in 1995. After that, Diddy sexually assaulted her. According to the victim’s complaint, Diddy brutally beat her, banged her head against the wall to prevent her from resisting before he raped her.

The accusations exposing the rap mogul’s methods of committing the crime shocked the public. Diddy’s legal team has not yet commented on the five allegations.

In the five new lawsuits, two male victims have come forward to accuse the boss of drugging and raping them.

Diddy was arrested in New York (USA) on September 16. This tycoon was accused of a series of serious crimes of sex, prostitution, extortion… but pleaded not guilty in the prosecution hearing held on September 17. Previously, Cassie Ventura – Diddy’s ex-girlfriend – accused and filed a lawsuit against the rapper “using money and power to cover up evidence of physical and mental abuse”.

One week after Diddy’s arrest, the U.S. Security Investigations Bureau publicly released an indictment exposing the crimes of this “sexual predator” to the light and causing global shock. Accordingly, Diddy and members of the Combs Enterprise group, including senior supervisors, security personnel, family staff and personal assistants, were accused of organizing many Freak Offs – gatherings of sex and drug use.

During these gatherings, the hip-hop star was accused of beating, throwing objects, and physically and mentally abusing his victims to force them to engage in maniacal acts of his choosing. The attacks were described as “often causing injuries that took days or weeks to heal.” In addition, Diddy controlled his victims in a variety of ways, including physical violence, promises of job opportunities, threats to cut off financial support, and other coercive measures, including monitoring their whereabouts and medical records, and providing them with addictive substances.

More than 120 victims have spoken out, but Diddy still denies the charges. The rapper has applied for bail three times but has been denied. On October 10, Diddy appeared in his first public hearing. He caused outrage by blowing kisses and waving to his relatives happily in court. At the recent hearing, Diddy did not speak but authorized his lawyer to sue the government for leaking the video of him beating his ex-girlfriend to the media. The rap mogul’s trial will take place on May 5, 2025.
