Serena Williams Champions Daughter Olympia’s Favorite $300M Hollywood Hit That’s Smashing All Records

Serena Williams‘s household is all about traditions and love. Even though the WTA star retired two years back, she remains in the spotlight as an entrepreneur and a devoted mother to two daughters, Olympia and Adira.
She shares their adventures on social media, blending family moments with her business insights.

Remember Olympia’s fifth birthday party in 2022? Serena hired a Moana cosplayer for a surprise visit! It was a last-minute scramble, but she managed to pull it off.

She posted a photo on Instagram with her husband, Alexis Ohanian, her daughter Olympia, and the cosplayer.

She captioned it, “Sometimes we surprise @olympiaohanian with parties. We don’t need a reason or a special occasion; we make every day as special and memorable as we can.”

So Olympia is clearly a huge fan of Disney’s Moana. This year, she must be over the moon about the release of Moana 2! The film hit theaters recently, and Mama Williams is thrilled.

She posted the movie poster on her story with the caption, “See Disney’s #Moana 2, only in theatres November 27th,” inviting all fellow moms and fans to enjoy the Disney magic together.

Williams is not promoting just any children’s movie. Moana 2 is already making waves at the box office! It pulled in nearly $110 million through Friday and is projected to exceed $300 million worldwide during its opening weekend.

With Serena’s push on her social media, we might even catch more Moana-themed fun featuring Adira this time around, who knows?

Currently, Serena is recovering from shoulder pain that started during Olympia’s play rehearsals. She shared a TikTok video of herself getting physiotherapy while explaining her situation.

Despite this, she powered through the play and even joked on TikTok, “YESS!! We are those parents that volunteer for our child’s rehearsal lol. Judge away lol.”

Amid all this, Serena also cherishes wholesome moments and traditions that Alexis follows for their daughters. Curious to know what traditions Ohanian follows?

Alexis Ohanian’s sweet tradition for kids receives praise

To catch you up, the “Papa Pancakes” tradition was born from Alexis Ohanian’s desire to engage with his daughter, Olympia, in a fun and educational way. It all started when she was learning to speak; Ohanian began crafting pancakes in the shapes of letters to help her recognize the alphabet.

He made pancakes for each letter in her name, turning breakfast into an interactive learning experience.

Now that baby Adira is part of the family, she’s joining in on these cherished moments, showcasing the special bond Ohanian shares with both his daughters. And he’s finally received the validation for it!

During a recent trip to Disney World, Ohanian took to X to share his experiences and express gratitude for the compliment he received. He tweeted, “GM. Especially to the fellow Disney Dad who saw me yesterday and complimented me on my #PapaPancakes—thanks, brother!”

The dad who complimented him quickly retweeted, saying, “Hi. Was me. Had to recognize a true champion.” Despite his busy schedule, Ohanian makes sure that weekends are reserved for pancake-making, reinforcing his image as a dedicated family man.

The love for Ohanian’s pancake tradition doesn’t stop there. Kia J. Brooks chimed in with praise, giving him a perfect score of 10 for his efforts and declaring him “the best dad in the whole wide world 😂❤️.”

It’s heartwarming to see how this family makes every moment special—whether it’s helping the girls with homework or sharing fun stories from their time together. Alongside Ohanian, Serena Williams continues to prove she’s the GOAT, both on and off the court!
