Milo Yiannopoulos, Kanye West’s former chief of staff, has made several shocking allegations against both the rapper and his dentist, Thomas P. Connelly, in a recent legal affidavit.

Yiannopoulos, who resigned from his position with West in May after two years, claims that West is addicted to nitrous oxide, commonly known as “laughing gas.” He alleges that Connelly was aware of West’s psychological vulnerabilities and sought to exploit them by supplying the gas. According to the affidavit, Connelly continued to provide the gas even after distressing symptoms became evident, charging over $50,000 a month for the service.

Yiannopoulos’ affidavit also suggests that West’s dependence on the gas—often referred to as “hippy crack” due to its euphoric effects—was alarming to Yeezy staff. It describes how West appeared to be frequently using the inhaler mask and how his communications became increasingly incoherent and contradictory.

The affidavit draws parallels between the symptoms of West’s well-documented bipolar disorder and those of prolonged nitrous oxide abuse, including erratic behavior, mood swings, paranoia, and violence. Yiannopoulos also claims that a Yeezy employee witnessed West self-administering the gas provided by Connelly.

In addition to these allegations, Yiannopoulos has filed a complaint with the California Dental Board against Connelly, accusing him of reckless, unethical, dishonest, exploitative, and potentially illegal conduct.

Last March, West made headlines for a bizarre Instagram post in which he claimed that watching Jonah Hill in the 2012 film *21 Jump Street* made him “like Jewish people again.” He stated, “No one should take anger against one or two individuals and transform that into hatred towards millions of innocent people.” West, who has 42.8 million social media followers, added, “No Christian can be labeled anti-Semite knowing Jesus is Jew. Thank you Jonah Hill I love you.”

West, who began his career with the 2002 EP *Get Well Soon…* and released his critically acclaimed debut album *College Dropout* in 2004, has sold over 160 million records worldwide and is a 24-time Grammy Award winner. His 10th studio album, *Vultures 1*, released in February 2024, debuted at No. 1, and he has announced a follow-up album, *Vultures 2*, is in the works.

Amidst these developments, West faces multiple legal issues, including a recent lawsuit accusing him and his wife, Bianca Censori, of sending pornographic content to Yeezy staff, including minors. The lawsuit, filed in California, claims that Censori sent a link to “hardcore” sexual material after West announced his adult film business, Yeezy Porn, in April. Censori has denied these allegations through Yiannopoulos, who stated that she authorized him to convey that the accusations are “offensive, disgusting, abhorrent, and categorically and wholly false.”
