Kim Kardashian’s children are growing up quickly, and while her oldest daughter, North West, has been in the public eye from a young age, her younger siblings have mostly stayed out of the spotlight. However, earlier this month, Chicago West, Kim’s six-year-old daughter, made headlines as one of the featured artists on her father Kanye West’s new album, Vultures 2.

The album, a collaboration with Ty Dolla $ign, was released on August 2 and has already garnered significant attention, with Chicago stealing the show on track 10, titled “Bomb.” The young star’s lyrics focus on her favorite activities, such as going to the beach and enjoying the sun:

“It’s Chicago, you know I’m the one/ I like to have fun/ I like to go to the beach/ I like the sun.”

Chicago wasn’t alone in her debut; her older sister North West, 11, also featured on the track, impressively rapping in fluent Japanese alongside her younger sibling. The two sisters were seen dancing on stage during their father’s listening party in Utah on August 9, showcasing their natural talent and love for performing.

North West is no stranger to the spotlight, having been involved in several of her father’s projects over the years. She features on another track from the album, titled “Talking,” which she first debuted last year at another listening party. Fans quickly fell in love with her lyrics, particularly the now-famous line “Miss Westie.”

North has revealed that she’s been working on her own album, Elementary School Dropout, showcasing her passion for music and the arts. Her artistic pursuits don’t stop at music; earlier this year, North performed in The Lion King’s 30th anniversary show at the Hollywood Bowl, sharing the stage with big stars like Jennifer Hudson. She also gave her debut interview to I-D magazine in 2023, where she confidently described herself as “the best ever” and spoke about her close relationship with both of her parents.

In the interview, North shared her ambitions, revealing that she dreams of becoming a basketball player and a rapper. “When I was 7, I wanted to be a boxer. But now I don’t want to be a boxer. I’m going to do art on the side,” she said. She also expressed her desire to walk dogs to earn money for art supplies and hopes to one day own her father’s Yeezy brand and her mother’s SKIMS brand.

While Chicago’s personality has been less public, Kim Kardashian gave fans a glimpse into her daughter’s character earlier this year. On Chicago’s sixth birthday in January, Kim shared a heartfelt tribute on social media, writing, “Happy 6th Birthday Chicago! I honestly didn’t know too much about what raising a Capricorn girl would be like but you make it so easy and fun and silly!!! I can already see the determination and ambition you have within you.”

Kim continued, “You are so smart, sweet, silly, and so lovable to everyone around you especially your cousins! It’s magical to see you all together and all the love that exists between the tribe. I love you so much Chi Chi and can’t believe you are 6 years old! I’m so so so happy to be your mommy!”

The Kardashian family’s musical talent doesn’t stop with Kim’s children. Rob Kardashian’s daughter, Dream, has also shown an interest in music. The seven-year-old recently released her own song, “Besties Do It Better,” with the help of her mother, Blac Chyna, also known as Angela White.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Angela spoke proudly about Dream’s musical debut, saying, “Dream is just, she’s learning different things about herself, and I think this is just one of the things.” She added, “Dream has many talents, so [it] isn’t just, ‘Oh she wants to do music.’ She does everything. She’s just so fun.”

As the Kardashian-West children continue to explore their talents and passions, it’s clear that they are following in their famous parents’ footsteps, making waves in the entertainment world at a young age. With North’s budding music career and Chicago’s impressive debut, the future looks bright for Kim Kardashian’s talented kids.
