Leave it to Kim Kardashian to show up to a red-carpet event looking like a literal work of art.
The Skims founder arrived at last night’s annual Caring for Women dinner in New York City dressed to the nines, thanks to a slick white midi dress from Balenciaga’s Spring 2024 collection.
Ever a fan of bodycon silhouettes, Kardashian’s piece featured a figure-hugging design that clung to the shape of her body—from the thick shoulder straps to the asymmetrical hemline. Combined with the dress’s wet-appearing texture, that made the overall ensemble seem as if it were literally molded to her body.
The reality TV star kept the rest of her look to a minimum, eschewing jewelry and opting for plain black pointed-toe pumps. Beauty-wise, she sported sultry glam and styled her hair in long wet mermaid waves.
Kardashian wasn’t the only A-lister in attendance at the Kering Foundation’s annual gala. She was joined by cohosts Salma Hayek, François-Henri Pinault, Naomi Watts, Priyanka Chopra, Donatella Versace, and Carmelo Anthony, and additional guests included Dakota Johnson, Jessica Chastain, Kerry Washington, and Lindsay Lohan.
Kardashian has boasted a long and intimate love affair with Balenciaga, having been announced as the fashion house’s latest A-list ambassador this past January.
“For several years now, Balenciaga’s designs have been a part of my many looks—and some of my most iconic fashion moments,” she said in a statement at the time, per WWD. “This historic fashion house embraces modernity, craftsmanship and takes an innovative approach to design under Demna. For me, this long-standing relationship is built on mutual trust and a commitment to doing what’s right. I’m excited about this next chapter for the brand and to become their ambassador.”
