NFL fans are losing their minds after social media detectives pointed out a fascinating trend suggesting that Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens are destined to win Super Bowl 59.

Lamar Jackson’s group enters the NFL postseason as the AFC’s No. 3 seed, having won the AFC North division crown for the second straight year. Baltimore will host the archrival Pittsburgh Steelers on Super Wild Card Weekend this Saturday.

Kevin Oestreicher of Ravens Wire and Baltimore fan/X user @HoodieRamey pointed out that it’s been 12 years since the Ravens won Super Bowl 47 with 28-year-old quarterback Joe Flacco. 12 years earlier, Baltimore won Super Bowl 35 with 28-year-old Trent Dilfer.

As for Lamar Jackson? Indeed, he turned 28 years of age yesterday. So if history repeats itself, Baltimore will follow the trend of winning the Super Bowl 12 years after their previous title…with a 28-year-old signal-caller.

And football fans had all sorts of wild reactions to the fascinating trend that was pointed out.

“It’s his time,” wrote one fan.

“Bro please stop, don’t do this to me,” wrote another.

“in Jackson We Truzzz,” said a Ravens fan.

“It has been spoken!,” another said.

“Lincoln had a secretary named Kennedy and Kennedy had a secretary named Lincoln,” commented one fan.

“If they win this year I am placing a huge bet for 2036!!!,” a fan said.

“If Lamar somehow loses to the Steelers Saturday, do we need to start a conversation?,” quipped another.

“Keep the tradition going 8, but win more than one,” wrote a fan.

Lamar Jackson reigning MVP had another excellent regular season performance, completing 66.7 percent of pass attempts for 4,172 yards, 41 touchdowns and only four interceptions to go along with 915 rushing yards and four rushing scores.

Jackson is already on the path to be a first-ballot Hall of Famer. The only question is if he can win a Super Bowl, and one can argue that the 2024 squad is the best team he’s been a part of. We’ll see if this is the year it all comes together.

Lamar Jackson & Ravens Are Dangerous Heading Into Postseason

Led by Jackson, Derrick Henry and star wideout Zay Flowers, the Ravens finished with the league’s third-best scoring offense (30.5 points per game). On top of that, they allowed the ninth-fewest points per game (21.2) despite struggling against the pass all season long.

If there was a year where everything was in place for the Ravens to win it all, this might be it.
