San Francisco 49ers post-Combine 2025 NFL Mock Draft: The Deebo Samuel replacement is found, and Nick Bosa’s partner in crime

Iowa State Cyclones wide receiver Jaylin Noel (13) receives a pass defended by Miami Hurricanes defensive back D'Yoni Hill (19) in the fourth quarter during the Pop Tarts bowl at Camping World Stadium.

The San Francisco 49ers are an odd team that appears to be falling out of their winning window. The 2025 NFL Draft is going to be important to try to extend that window, and make a run next season. There are several vital needs to hit.

In this recent 7-round mock draft, reloading the offensive roster was a big priority. Finding Nick Bosa some help was as well, on top of upgrading the secondary.

Round 1, Pick 11: Will Campbell, OT, LSU

Should Will Campbell stick at offensive tackle or move inside to guard? For the short term, it doesn’t really matter. Campbell has the technique, power, and experience to offer immediate upside to the group.

Round 2, Pick 43: Princely Umanmielen, EDGE, Ole Miss

Umanmielen went from talented but inconsistent football player at Florida to a consistent force for Ole Miss. He is an explosive pass rusher who should immediately add juice on third downs.

Round 3, Pick 75: Elijah Arroyo, TE, Miami

George Kittle is still an outstanding player, but he’s aging quickly with his injury background. Finding a talented understudy like Arroyo would be tremendous. Arroyo would fit really well in the 49ers system with his overall athleticism.

Round 3, Pick 99: Jaylin Noel, WR, Iowa State

With Deebo Samuel no longer with the team, the slot position is vacant. Noel is an explosive athlete who plays with nice nuance and is an underrated YAC threat.

Round 4, Pick 112: Cobee Bryant, CB, Kansas

Although he isn’t the biggest cornerback in the world, Bryant plays like it. He is extremely physical and plays with a competitive demeanor. That should allow Bryant to play both on the outside or in the slot.

Round 4, Pick 138: DJ Giddens, RB, Kansas State

Who is the Day Three running back to have this year? For me, it’s Giddens. He has outstanding feet, and incredible vision and patience as well.

Round 4, Pick 139: Lathan Ransom, S, Ohio State

You won’t find a safety who is a more consistent tackler in the 2025 class than Ransom. He has a solid amount of athleticism as well, and should be a tremendous special teams player.

Round 6, Pick 189: Jamon Dumas-Johnson, LB, Kentucky

Dumas-Johnson is a tough and physical downhill linebacker. That’s all you can really ask for at this point in the draft. He should also provide value on special teams.

Round 7, Pick 228: Jake Majors, IOL, Texas

At this point in the draft, finding an experienced offensive lineman like Majors is a win. He is a solid athlete and understands how to establish and maintain leverage.

Round 7, Pick 232: Bilhal Kone, CB, Western Michigan

Kone possesses an impressive frame, and is a talented overall athlete. As he continues to develop, there is a lot of upside with Kone.
