“Only Blake LOL”: Blake Shelton Fans React to Viral Onstage Moment
Last Saturday (March 1) Blake Shelton rolled into Greensboro, North Carolina for a sold-out show at the Greensboro Coliseum. As he was performing “Neon Light,” the lead single from his 2014 album Bringing Back the Sunshine, a fan near the front row removed their prosthetic leg and handed it to the country star, along with a pen inside for him to sign it.
Taking the leg, the “Ole’ Red” singer carried it to a small table at the back of the stage, dumped out the pen, and signed his name. Still singing “Neon Light,” Shelton then walked to the front of the stage and returned the leg to its owner.
Blake Made This Fan’s 84th Birthday
Blake Shelton had more than one opportunity to make a fan’s night during his stop in Greensboro, North Carolina. A woman celebrating her 84th birthday held up a sign requesting a hug from the “Boys Round Here” singer.
Spotting the sign, Shelton joked, “How you gonna put that kinda pressure on somebody in front of all these damn people? Now I read it out loud. I gotta do it, damn it. Bring her back. Bring her around there.”
