Jelly Roll went above and beyond at one of his recent shows to make a young fan’s dreams come true.
Known for his kind heart, the “Need a Favor” singer invited a fan to come up and sing a song on the stage with him despite an obstacle. The fan was in a wheelchair and there is no easy way to maneuver a wheelchair through a crowd. So what was the solution? Crowd surfing, of course. Jelly Roll encouraged his fans to help the fan past the guard rails and onto the stage.

“We need to get him to the stage. Can we get him on the stage? Hold on, we are going to need a lot of help though. We can’t drop the ball on this one . . . this one is big. All hands on deck right here, boys, I appreciate y’all helping us. Let’s get him up right here.”
The fans did exactly as Jelly Roll asked, and they gave it their all to help this fan’s dreams come true. Jelly Roll gave the fan a huge hug after he made it to the stage, and the emotion of the moment was enough to make a grown man cry. The fan looked completely shocked that he was on stage with Jelly Roll. You can’t help but smile when you see the complete shock on the gentleman’s face. Jelly Roll started singing his hit song, “Son Of A Sinner,” letting the young man join in on the tune.
This isn’t the first time Jelly Roll went out of his way for a fan.
The singer recently called out a fan who was wearing a shirt honoring their relative who recently passed away, saying “I want to to say rest in peace to CJ. I love you and I’m glad your family’s here. I’m praying for y’all.” A few weeks before that, Jelly Roll stopped one of his concerts to thank a veteran for his service. He told the gentleman that he would never have to buy a ticket to one of his concerts again.
Jelly Roll’s heart of gold is unmatched.
