No autotune for them, just pure talent, Gwen Stefani brought the house down with a sensational rendition of one of No Doubt’s biggest hits, joined by her husband, country superstar Blake Shelton. The crowd at the highly anticipated music festival was left in awe as the couple, known for their powerful chemistry both on and off stage, delivered a powerhouse performance that blended Stefani’s iconic pop-punk style with Shelton’s country roots.

“You know I had to bring out the queen, Gwen Stefani, for this night,” Shelton said before performing a trio of duets with the No Doubt singer.

Gwen Stefani made a surprise appearance at Coastal Country Jam, joining her husband, Blake Shelton, for a special duet during his headlining performance on Saturday, September 16 at Long Beach’s Marina Green Park in Long Beach, California.

The magical moment began with Shelton strumming a few chords from Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Sweet Home Alabama,” teasing the audience by letting them think he was going to perform a cover of the Skynyrd hit. Then, without warning, the music seamlessly transitioned into No Doubt’s iconic hit, “Don’t Speak.”

“You know I had to bring out the queen, Gwen Stefani, for this night,” Shelton told the crowd as Stefani entered the stage, donning an animal print mini-skirt, to a thunderous applause. Together, the lovebirds went on to perform the classic GRAMMY-nominated track by No Doubt.

Proving the song is a massive hit and a fan-favorite among music fans, the crowd enthusiastically sang along to every word of the tune’s chorus.

“Don’t speak/ I know just what you’re sayin’/ So please stop explainin’/ Don’t tell me ’cause it hurts/ Don’t speak/ I know just what you’re thinkin’/ I don’t need your reasons/ Don’t tell me ’cause it hurts,” Stefani and the audience sang in sync.
