Celebrity Jeopardy! fans speculate which famous people will be contestants on third season

The cast for Celebrity Jeopardy! hasn’t been revealed yet, but investigative internet users have pinpointed two celebs who could compete in the show’s third season

Celebrity Jeopardy! fans seem to have many questions about the contestants for the forthcoming spinoff.

Early in 2025, the celebrity version of the game show will be back along with its host Ken Jennings, who also hosts the original show. The cast for Celebrity Jeopardy! hasn’t been revealed yet, but investigative internet users have pinpointed two celebs who could compete in the show’s third season. Last month Workaholics star Blake Anderson divulged on the podcast This Is Important that he would be a contestant on the program. On the podcast, Blake noted that he would be good at the “geography” category, claiming that Celebrity Jeopardy! clues were less complicated than Jeopardy!’s.

Blake went on to tease that he was “going to surprise” game show viewers.

Many TV viewers took to Reddit to discuss casting for the spinoff’s next season, with one Redditor writing: “I legit thought that was a joke when I heard it on the podcast.”

“I love that man but I don’t have the highest hopes for him haha,” the commenter added. A second shared: “I thought so too! But he’s been keeping up the bit and even answered with a question on a recent episode which made me believe.”

Blake wasn’t the only actor who revealed that they may be a contestant on Celebrity Jeopardy! Nobody Wants This actress Jackie Tohn shared on the Go Fact Yourself podcast that she was going to film for Celebrity Jeopardy!

One fan praised, “I think she will do quite well,” speaking on how they believe she’d do on the show.

A second viewer divulged of the speculated contestants, “If the two names mentioned are accurate, it’ll be another season that will leave viewers scratching their head and asking ‘who?’”

Many stars have been on Celebrity Jeopardy! in the past, including, Sex and the City’s Cynthia Nixon, actor Macaulay Culkin, The Talk host Sheryl Underwood, and others. Those who win Celebrity Jeopardy! score $1 million to donate to their favorite charity. Additionally, the winner gets a chance to get a spot on the Tournament of Champions.

Celebrity Jeopardy! is scheduled to air on Wednesdays on Prime Video, and Season 3 will premiere on December 4.
