Wynonna Judd suffers another blow due to her troubled daughter Grace Pauline Kelley

Grace Pauline Kelley, the daughter of Wynonna Judd, is currently facing serious legal issues after multiple run-ins with the law this year, including charges related to soliciting prostitution. The 28-year-old was arrested on August 3 in Georgia and charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and violations related to her helmet and eye protection while riding a motorcycle.

A warrant for Grace’s arrest was issued on September 11, 2024, after she failed to show up for a scheduled court hearing. According to court records, her next court appearance is set for January 2025.

As of October 11, the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia has not confirmed whether the warrant is still active. Meanwhile, the Carroll County Court representative has stated that the bench warrant has not been returned, leaving the current status of the warrant unclear.

“The Defendant failed to appear on the above-referenced date to respond to the above reference accusations,” court documents shared by The U.S. Sun note.

“The Solicitor of the State Court of Carroll County requested that Defendant’s appearance bond be set for a forfeiture hearing and that a bench warrant be issued for the arrest of Defendant.

“Apprehend the above-referenced Defendant and keep him/her safely at the County Jail, so that you produce him/her before the presiding Judge of the State Court of Carroll County, then and there to answer the charges contained in the cases referenced above.”

Grace’s legal troubles have continued to escalate this year, adding to her past encounters with law enforcement. The situation remains unresolved, and her upcoming court date in January 2025 could determine the next steps in her legal proceedings.
