Cher made Billboard history last year when her inaugural holiday hit, ‘DJ Play a Christmas Song,’ spun onto the Hot 100 and marked her first appearance on the coveted count in over two decades.

In a bid to push the banging yuletide bop to even higher heights on the hitlist, the Pop icon’s tapped EMMY and GRAMMY-winning songstress Kelly Clarkson to assist for its official remix.

Clarkson, who is hot on the promo trail for the reissue of her own holiday offering ‘When Christmas Comes Around Again…,’ made headlines last year when Cher gave her stamp of approval for the singer-talk show host’s soaring rendition of ‘DJ’ live on ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show.’

“I’m out of my mind over your version,” the ‘Believe‘ diva said at the time.
