Bieber famously revealed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that he had asked out the Monster singer when he was sixteen and she was 22. Rihanna reportedly rejected him because he was too young.

Recently, Rihanna’s old Tweet about Justin Bieber’s abs has gone viral. The singer mentioned in the tweet that the then-sixteen-year-old had run into her at a restaurant in Manhattan. According to US Magazine, Bieber bragged about his abs to Rihanna and she jokingly asked him to show it.

The 2010 tweet proved that Bieber followed through on the request and he flashed them his stomach. Fans have been criticizing Rihanna’s tweet and the circumstances, saying that as an older person, she should have discouraged the then-teenager from removing his shirt.

However, Rihanna’s tweet about Bieber’s abs and the criticism it is receiving might be unwarranted as she has claimed that the Baby singer himself asked her to call his abs sexy. She mentioned on a radio show that he insisted she refers to his abs with the term. Sources also told US Magazine,
