Jennifer Lopez has had a glittering career working as an actor and musician forging her own pathway for decades now.

The actress has worked hard to achieve her global superstar status over the years and even as a child was working to get her own money.

She previously told Variety in 2019: “My first paycheck was probably when I was 10 years old … I used to sweep the hair at a beauty salon and clean the sinks. I just wanted my $10, to go do whatever I wanted with. And it was such a great feeling.”

So perhaps it comes as no surprise that Jennifer once jibed at Ivanka Trump over her modeling career as she suggested she was only getting booked because of her father, Donald Trump.

Jennifer was attending a movie premiere in 2017 when she didn’t hold back on her scathing views on Ivanka, The List reports.

A report from The New York times saw former Elite Model Management employee Audrey Roatta claim that Jennifer was less than thrilled to see Ivanka at the premiere and that she had swiped that she was only there “because of her dad.”

Jennifer’s dislike for anything Trump related perhaps comes as no surprise after she proudly endorsed rival Kamala Harris in the recent election.

She said: “I like when the good guy, or in this case, the good girl wins. And with an understanding of our past and faith in our future, I will be casting my ballot for Kamala Harris as the next President of the United States.”
