Sutton Foster has filed for divorce from husband Ted Griffin (pictured together right). The Tony-winning Broadway star, 49, and the Ocean’s Eleven screenwriter, 53, are splitting after 10 years of marriage, as per Page Six. The Younger actress filed for uncontested divorce in New York County Supreme Court on Tuesday.

Foster and Griffin share one child, 7-year-old daughter Emily, whom they adopted in 2017. The split comes as rumors of a romance between her and former The Music Man co-star Hugh Jackman , 56, continue to circulate. Sutton confirmed her engagement to Griffin in 2013.

The pair said ‘I do’ in a private ceremony in Santa Barbara, California, in October 2014. After facing difficulties with fertility for years, Foster and Griffin adopted Emily in spring of 2016. Speculation about the couple’s relationship began in Broadway circles while Foster was starring in The Music Man with Jackman.
