Board-certified surgeon Dr. Jonathan Sykes noted that the actress appears to have returned to her original, natural beauty in the last year.
‘I would say that I think that she looks fabulous and everything that was really beautiful and pretty about her when she was young has sort of come back, and it’s a mature and beautiful version of that,’ he said.
Speculating on what she may have had done, Dr. Sykes said that her skin was ‘glowing’ and suggested that she may have treated ‘pigmentary and some textural issues’ in her skin to achieve her new look.
‘Her skin has no dyschromias, which are pigmented areas on the skin, round spots and so forth,’ he said.
He suspected that she may have done some IPL treatments and non-surgical skin tightening.
Dr. Sykes also said that she may have had some Botox, but stressed that it had been done in a subtle way and not ‘overdone.’
He also said that it was ‘likely’ that Lohan had some form of rhinoplasty procedure done to get the ‘perfect’ nose.
‘Although her nose was not unattractive, the fact that it looks perfect in recent photos suggests that she’s had something done to it,’ he said.

‘That could have been a surgical rhinoplasty or a non-surgical rhinoplasty with a small amount of filler.’
Dr. Sykes said that Lohan may not have had to do much to achieve her new look thanks to her incredible bone structure.
‘The rest of her facial bone structure is so good that when you do something like change the nose a little bit, it really sets off everything else that’s good in a very positive way,’ he said.
‘She looks radically different in a positive way, but I don’t know that she’s had anything big done,’ he added.
Aesthetics physician Dr. Jennifer Armstrong believes that Lohan’s work could be a little more extensive.

‘She’s looking a little different – very different, I think. Although she looks great, she just doesn’t look like herself anymore,’ Dr. Armstrong said.
The Newport-based MD believes that Lohan may have undergone a brow lift and rhinoplasty, along with fillers under her eyes, around her chin, and in the middle of her face.
‘These are not subtle changes. Although she looks refreshed, she doesn’t look like the Lindsay that we knew,’ Dr. Armstrong said.
Meanwhile, Dr. Deepak Dugar from the Beverly Hills Rhinoplasty Center told DailyMail.com that he was blown away by Lohan’s ‘stunning’ appearance.
‘She looks absolutely stunning for her age and extremely natural and better than ever before,’ he gushed.
While Dr. Dugar was unable to comment on the procedures she may have done, he stressed the importance of wellness over surgery.

‘I can say for people opting to have this natural and vibrant look, I would prioritize general health and wellness and diet as much as possible,’ he said.
‘I would also recommend a low dose of baby Botox and a regimented Dysport regimen with a natural injector who does not overdo it, to avoid peaked eyebrows or flat appearing facial expressions,’ he continued.
For fans hoping to emulate Lohan’s effortless look, Dr. Dugar issued a warning when it comes to fillers.
‘I would refrain from overdoing the fillers and opting instead for intradermal thickening techniques, which can be done with a cannula at the dermal level and subdermal levels to thicken the layer of the skin, versus ballooning out the skin and muscular – which is the old school technique,’ he said.
‘Fillers have gotten a bad rap over the years given the abuse many celebrities have been subject to by poor injection techniques, but well done fillers can look seamless.’
He also recommended a laser regimen for skin and neck tightening, and to invest in a good skincare routine.

Both Dr. Dugar (right) and cosmetic nurse Alex Pike (left) felt that a healthy lifestyle may have contributed to Lohan’s fresh look
Like Dr. Dugar, cosmetic nurse and wellness influencer Alex Pike believes Lohan’s new look has a lot to do with lifestyle instead of surgery.
‘Lindsay is looking absolutely stunning and more radiant than ever. Her glow really reflects a combination of good health and perhaps even sobriety, which often shows through in the skin,’ Pike said.
‘It’s clear that she’s taking great care of herself with proper nutrition, and that beautiful, vibrant look could also be attributed to some of the latest skin treatments available today,’ she continued.
‘While I can’t comment on specific cosmetic injectables due to TGA regulations in Australia, it’s possible that she may be benefiting from regular wrinkle reduction treatments.
‘Additionally, many people achieve that smooth, youthful appearance through non-invasive treatments like fractional laser and microneedling with PRP, all of which are highly popular in Hollywood. These treatments not only help with overall skin texture but also give that refreshed, natural look without the puffiness.’
