The singer was just a teenager when he was introduced to P Diddy through Usher

Justin and Diddy

Justin Bieber has alienated himself from family and friends after P Diddy’s arrest. Bieber, 30, met the music mogul through Usher when he was just a teenager.

The pair formed a close bond and P Diddy took Bieber under his wing as he started out in the music industry.

However, Justin’s family and friends are worried that he no longer trusts people who were once close to him since P Diddy’s arrest. An insider told Page Six: “Family members are concerned about Justin.
“It’s unclear whether Diddy would have taken advantage of Justin at the time as his family was nearby, and his manager Scooter Braun really did care about him.

“He was a teenager. He was the biggest pop star in the world. Everyone was worried about him, and we didn’t know if he would survive it. People took advantage of everything he did.

“Justin’s done some really crazy s–t and he’s alienated the people around him. He doesn’t trust them.”

Old footage of Justin and P Diddy resurfaced since the rapper’s arrest in September. In one clip, filmed when Justin was just 15, P Diddy said: “He’s having 48 hours with Diddy, where we hanging out and what we’re doing we can’t really disclose. For the next 48 hours he’s with me and we’re gonna go full crazy.”

They appeared together on Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2011. During the joint appearance, P Diddy said: “He knows better than to be talking about the things that he does with big brother Puff on national television. Everything ain’t for everybody.”

P Diddy is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He denies all charges.

He is being held at Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, and his trial begins in May 2025.
