The Amityville Horror
Former Home and Away star Melissa George teams with heartthrob Ryan Reynolds in this classic haunted house yarn.
Based on a true story, this 2005 hit is a chilling remake of the 1979 thriller about a young family who are tormented by evil spirits after moving into their ‘dream home’.
It turns out that their weird-looking house with spooky windows was once the site of a massacre.
After weeks of dripping blood, ghostly apparitions and mysteriously slamming doors, George and Kathy Lutz (Ryan Reynolds and Melissa George) call in a priest to expel the evil demon who seems to be occupying their home.
