Now the star’s own mother Dina Lohan has dropped a bombshell, claiming her daughter lied about being pregnant.

The 53-year-old revealed the news to TMZ, insisting that the starlet is not having a baby, and simply “overreacted” after breaking up with her Russian fiance Egor Tarabasov.

What’s more, according to the gossip site, Dina claims Lindsay spread the baby news in order to get back at Egor.

After the claim, she holidayed with friends on a boat, where she was spotted smoking and drinking while sporting a rounded, bump-like belly.

She adds that her 30-year-old daughter has been an “emotional wreck” since splitting with Egor and spreading pregnancy rumours.

Dina also said that Lindsay was now taking time out for herself to try to heal.

This news comes after the actress’s dad Michael confirmed the baby news in a series of interviews.

He claims the troubled star sent him a text message saying “Daddy, I’m pregnant.”
