Lauren Pisciotta accused rapper Kanye West of sexual assault at a recording session with under-investigated rap star Sean Combs. Lauren worked as Kanye West’s assistant from July 2021 to October 2022.

Page Six reported that Lauren Pisciotta claimed in her latest lawsuit that she was drugged and sexually assaulted by Kanye West at a recording studio in Santa Monica (USA). 

Embattled music star Sean Combs (aka Diddy) is also named in the lawsuit as a co-host of the recording session, but the rapper has not been accused of wrongdoing by Lauren Pisciotta.

In her latest lawsuit, Lauren Pisciotta claims Kanye West ordered her to drink a drink “laced with an unknown drug.” She claims she became disoriented and lost control of her body and speech after drinking the drink. The next morning, she felt unwell and could not remember many details. 

According to Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West confessed to her that the two had intimate interactions. This happened at a time when Kanye had not yet divorced his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian. In the filing, the former assistant also confirmed that she had received many vulgar and harassing messages from Kanye West. 

Pisciotta was later fired by Kanye West. She claims she was never paid the $3 million severance pay promised by the famous rapper. 

This is the second time Lauren Pisciotta has filed a lawsuit against the rapper. In June, she also sued Kanye West for sending obscene messages, photos and not being paid. At the time, Kanye West’s lawyer denied all allegations and claimed that the rapper’s former assistant had blackmailed him.

“Before her assistant contract was terminated, Ms. Pisciotta stole Kanye’s phone in an attempt to destroy damaging evidence, but all of it was saved,” Kanye’s lawyer said. 

In addition, Rolling Stone reported that a former employee of Kanye West – John Doe – revealed that Kanye West once directed him to hire a private detective to follow and closely follow Bianca Censori (Kanye West’s current wife) when she visited her family in Australia.

John Doe also claimed to have been assigned by Kanye West to investigate the family of his ex-wife, reality TV star Kim Kardashian.

John Doe was hired by Kanye as his campaign manager when the rapper and fashion entrepreneur entered the 2022 US presidential race. 

John Doe then became the rapper’s investigation director, with the main task being to conduct investigations, limit risks, and unfavorable information for the rapper.

John Doe said he was fired by Kanye West in May after he reported the rapper’s misconduct to the board of directors of Yeezy. Yeezy is a famous fashion and footwear brand, founded by American rapper and designer Kanye West.

John Doe revealed that the male rapper showed signs of mental instability, agitation, and threatened those around him. John Doe said that he fell into a state of panic and anxiety and had to be treated at a mental health facility after being threatened by some of Kanye West’s subordinates. 

John Doe is now suing Kanye for emotional distress and breach of contract. John Doe’s lawyer said: “It is a violation of labor law for him to mistreat his employees, then fire them and refuse to pay them, let alone threaten to kill them as he did in this case.”

Responding to the lawsuit, a representative for Kanye West told Page Six that many of the allegations were false, including details regarding the rapper’s marriage.

Recently, Kanye West has been sued by many former employees for unpaid wages, forced labor, and discrimination.

In the 22-page lawsuit, John Doe said that Kanye West spent $850,000 (VND21 billion) on titanium teeth and fired most of the leaders in the Yeezy company. These actions are said to coincide with the time when Kanye was addicted to laughing gas.

In August, Milo Yiannopoulos (former chief of staff of Kanye West) also accused the famous singer of taking large amounts of laughing gas from a dentist for entertainment, causing mental problems.

In February 2021, the rapper divorced reality TV star Kim Kardashian after nearly 7 years of marriage. Since the end of his marriage to Kim Kardashian, Kanye West’s life has been constantly facing storms, stemming from the rapper’s statements and behavior that are considered somewhat arrogant. 

According to Forbes magazine, as of 2022, Kanye West’s net worth was $2 billion and he was considered one of the richest entertainers in the world. However, this figure has now dropped to $410 million.

Recently, the international media also mentioned the cracks in the relationship between Kanye West and his current wife, architect Bianca Censori. The couple is said to be in the process of divorce after 2 years of marriage. Bianca Censori is currently in Australia without her husband.
