Kanye West has spoken out after his name was linked to a diss track aimed at Alabama Barker. The track referenced Travis Barker’s relationship with Kourtney Kardashian and was remixed with Kanye’s voice.
Kanye West has responded to claims that he was involved in a diss track directed at Alabama Barker, the daughter of Travis Barker. The track, released by rapper Bhad Bhabie, had stirred up controversy, and Kanye’s name has been ‘dragged’ into the drama.
The song featured the backing track from Carnival by Ye and Ty Dolla $ign, and some remixes included a verse that Kanye was asked to clear. The original diss track also referenced Travis Barker’s relationship with Kourtney Kardashian, which has been a topic of speculation in the past. Rumours previously suggested that Travis had shown interest in Kim Kardashian before getting together with Kourtney, a claim that Bhad Bhabie included in her lyrics. Kanye, who was married to Kim Kardashian from 2014 to 2022, was then linked to the track after his voice appeared in remixed versions circulating online.
However, Kanye took to Instagram to make it clear that he had no involvement in the situation and played no role in creating the track. Addressing the rumours, Kanye wrote: “I’m not in the middle of none of this AI beef. People throwing my voice on things, the whole Carnival sample. I just talked to Travis Barker. I would never be in the middle. I don’t even know what’s going on.
“I just got sent a song and asked if I could clear the sample. The only reason I clear anything is because so many people try to stop me. They stop clearances, everything has been very difficult for me.” He went on to clarify his position, adding: “So, anybody asks me for something, I always clear it, but I’m not cool with being put in the middle of all this at all.”

Ending his statement, Kanye made it clear that his voice had been used without his approval, saying, “So any verse that has been going viral using my voice and all of that, I didn’t do it.” Kanye’s statement confirmed that he had no involvement in the feud and wanted no part in the controversy. He also had no input in the dispute between Bhad Bhabie and Alabama Barker and has made no negative comments about Travis Barker’s relationship with Kourtney Kardashian.
Despite the ongoing speculation, Kanye distanced himself from the situation entirely, making it clear that he had no role in the track or the drama surrounding it.
This comes after Kanye’s X, formerly Twitter, account was removed after a string of offensive posts. The controversial rapper took to X earlier this month where he shared a series of shocking posts following his appearance at the Grammy Awards where he sparked fury on the red carpet when wife Bianca Censori stripped completely naked.
In his X rant, Kanye claimed he has dominion over Bianca. The rapper fumed: “I HAVE DOMINION OVER MY WIFE. THIS AIN’T NO WOKE A** FEMINIST S***. SHE’S WITH A BILLIONAIRE, WHY WOULD SHE LISTEN TO ANY OF YOU DUMB*** BROKE B*****. PEOPLE SAY THE RED CARPET LOOK WAS HER DECISION. YES I DON’T MAKE HER DO NOTHING. SHE DOESN’T WANT TO, BUT SHE DEFINITELY WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL.
“YOU STUPID A** WOKE PAWNS I HAVE NO RESPECT OR EMPATHY FOR ANYONE LIVING CAUSE NOBODY LIVING CAN F*** WITH ME BUT I DO LOVE SOME PEOPLE AND I GIVE THEM FAVOR.”
Another post read: “I’m racist. Stereotypes exist for a reason and they all be true,” he wrote before adding: “I’M NEVER APOLOGIZING FOR MY JEWISH COMMENTS I CAN SAY WHATEVER THE F**K I WANNA SAY FOREVER. WHERE’S MY F***ING APOLOGY FOR FREEZING MY ACCOUNTS SUCK MY DI**. HOWS THAT FOR AN APOLOGY.”
