If there’s one thing Andrea Bocelli knows how to do, it’s give a vocal performance that’ll leave listeners in their feelings.

The Italian tenor did just that when he made an appearance on a taping of the British daytime series This Morning. For this TV moment, he brought along singer and actress Sofia Carson to sing an emotional cover of Audrey Hepburn’s “Moon River”from the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany‘s. The live performance was especially sentimental as Andrea and Sofia sing this track together on his brand-new album Duets, released October 25.

And if that wasn’t enough, Andrea gave his social media followers a chance to see a snippet of his and Sofia’s duet when he posted a clip of the live TV spot on Instagram. “Andrea and Sofia singing the classic ‘Moon River’ live at @thismorning Show,” read the official caption on October 29.

Folks were instantly blown away with emotion.

“Absolutely Beautiful ✨️ love this song and Audrey Hepburn. Delightfully brought back to life,” one person exclaimed in the comments. “Wooooow. Goosebumps all over my skin. I love both your voices. Real music you can feel,” another declared. “Amazing voice and music 🎼❤️,” a different follower added.

After watching this snippet for ourselves, we can totally see why people are absolutely stunned by Andrea and Sofia’s cover of “Moon River!” And if that wasn’t enough, this wasn’t even the first time Sofia has worked with Andrea and his family in the past.

Sofia actually sang “Moon River” with Andrea when they performed on the Today show on October 24, months after debuting the track at his celebration concert event at the Teatro de Silenzio in Tuscany, Italy back in July. What’s more, she also collaborated with Andrea’s son Matteo on their own song, which is titled “If I Knew”and debuted on October 11.

So, how does Sofia feel about singing with Andrea? As she told ABC News, it was a moment she holds dear to her heart.

“To sing ‘Moon River’ in Tuscany with Andrea Bocelli was a dream, and to this day it becomes more and more beautiful,” she told the outlet. “He truly is a gift from the sky.”
