In yet another lawsuit filed against Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs, the rapper was accused of threatening a woman after allegedly raping her.

According to documents obtained by The Mirror, the woman claimed Diddy told her “no one would ever believe she had been raped by him and if she did tell anyone such that they would harm her family.” During the alleged assault, the woman claimed that Diddy “violently” raped her with a “television remote.”

She claimed that during this alleged incident, he “told Plaintiff that her life was in his hands and that if he wanted he could ‘take her’ and she would never be seen again.” According to the court documents, the woman claimed to be with friends, who she said were also assaulted by Diddy.

The Plaintiff said she met a pal of Diddy’s who tried to “impress the people with his famous friend” at a bar. About a month later, the woman claimed she was invited to Diddy’s home where the mogul was reportedly waiting. He allegedly held a knife to her face, threatening to carve a “Glasgow smile” onto her.

The woman claimed she was covered in lubricant and oil, and that Diddy was surprised to see her able to get up after the assault. He noted the immense amount of drugs he had allegedly given her. When she stressed that she would report the record producer, he allegedly threatened her family and a friend of his reportedly showed her a livestream of her sister’s house.

Diddy claimed he would be able to get away with it because he’d managed to allegedly avoid time for prior crimes. Among those crimes, the woman said, was ordering the hit on Tupac Shakur which took his life, and which the woman claimed he confessed to. However, according to the woman’s complaint, this upset another man nearby who allegedly drew a gun.

After more gruesome allegations, the woman explained that she was able to get away and sought help from a police officer. However, she claimed the officer was unhelpful. She said she went to a doctor a few days later, but didn’t head to a hospital for a rape kit for three weeks due to her injuries. In her initial police report, she excluded Diddy’s name “because she believed she would be ignored… and/or would be further harmed by defendant Diddy if he discovered she named him to police.”
