Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyers have refuted claims of an alleged second victim in the sex trafficking case against him.

The 54-year-old mega-rich music mogul was arrested after allegations of sex trafficking last September. Diddy has vowed to fight the allegations and now his lawyers have spoken out to slam claims there’s a second victim of alleged sex trafficking.

Diddy and his attorneys deny any allegations of sex trafficking at all but made a point to attack the government’s claim there was a potential second victim, according to legal documents filed Friday and obtained by the Mirror US. The documents claim that recent discovery material “negates the government’s claim at the initial detention hearing that there is a potential second victim.”

Originally there was just one person the federal government claimed was a victim of sex trafficking, Cassie Ventura. Cassie dated Diddy for years and in the fall of 2023, she filed a lawsuit against him that was settled privately a day later.

The lawyers also said Diddy never tried to obstruct the prosecutors’ investigation by contacting the alleged second victim and the feds were fully aware of that. The attorneys say the government “clearly misled the court and concealed the true facts” during Diddy’s first bail hearing after his September 16 arrest in NYC.

This latest filing marks Diddy’s fourth attempt at making bail after repeatedly being rejected by the court.

Diddy is currently being held at the notorious Metropolitan Detention Centre (MDC) in Brooklyn, where he’s awaiting trial over a string of allegations, including sex trafficking and racketeering, which he has vehemently denied. Since his arrest, more alleged victims have come forward with serious accusations against the 54-year-old, including allegations of sexual assault, all of which he has denied.

Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who claimed to have received more than 120 further complaints against Diddy, announced seven new civil claims last weekend. This included an allegation the Bad Boy Records founder drugged and raped a 13-year-old girl.

Diddy, via his attorneys, has denied the new slew of accusations in a statement after the lawsuits were filed. His legal team has dismissed the lawsuits as ‘clear attempts to garner publicity’, stating: “Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, man or woman.”
