A recent lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs alleges that he raped a 10-year-old boy.

Combs has been accused of various crimes, all of which he denies and has pled not guilty to. This lawsuit was filed this week by attorney Tony Buzbee who stated in a press conference last month that he represents over 120 alleged victims of the music mogul.

This lawsuit, obtained by the Mirror US, accuses Combs of drugging the boy with “GHB and/or ecstasy” before he assaulted him. Combs allegedly gave the boy a soda that made him feel “a little funny,” according to the court documents.

The alleged rape occurred in 2005 when the boy and his parents traveled to New York to “meet with people in the music industry.” The boy was an aspiring rapper and actor and a consultant his family hired suggested he meet with Combs.

“Combs indicated that he wanted to meet with Plaintiff alone first prior to meeting the family,” the lawsuit stated. After the consultant took the boy to a hotel to meet Combs, the court documents allege that the consultant left.

After the boy performed a few songs, Combs told him he could “make him a star.” The lawsuit stated: “Plaintiff responded, as might any ten-year-old child, that he would ‘do anything.'”

Then things took a turn after the boy drank the alleged drugged soda. Combs is accused of pushing the boy down and making a chilling comment.

The lawsuit alleges that Combs told the boy “words to the effect of ‘you have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes'” before raping him. Combs allegedly pulled out his penis and told the boy to “kiss it.”

The boy allegedly lost consciousness and when he woke up “his anus and buttocks hurt badly. Combs was still present.” The lawsuit alleged that Combs told the boy he would hurt his parents if the boy ever told anyone what happened.

“Although Plaintiff ultimately told his parents what happened, Plaintiff and his parents were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse,” the court documents read.

Combs’ attorney made a statement after Buzbee’s initial announcement of the future lawsuits. She said: “We cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”
