Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs’ has been hit with a new lawsuit that claims that one of his bodyguards orally raped a 17-year-old aspiring musician as the disgraced media mogul watched on

Sean “P Diddy” Combs’ bodyguard has been accused of orally raping a 17-year-old boy as the rapper watched on, according to a newly-filed lawsuit.

The alleged victim had auditioned for the MTV reality show Making the Band where he met P Diddy and his unnamed bodyguard. In the series, which ran on MTV from 2002–2009, that had aspiring singers and performers competing for a spot in a new music group. The ultimate goal was signing a record deal and rising to fame.

Making the Band was a show that “combined elements of traditional talent competitions with the drama of reality TV, as participants lived together and faced eliminations based on their progress.” During the show, artists featured would compete in vocal challenges, dance training, live performance, personal development tasks, and more.

And as the underage contestant came out to audition for the series, he claimed that he was sexually abused by both Diddy and his security guard. In the lawsuit, he claims that Diddy “forced the plaintiff to perform oral sex” on him during the second day of auditions. Throughout the three-day-long audition process, the boy claimed that Diddy continued to “reiterate his power to control Plaintiff’s future.”

The court documents that were obtained by the Mirror US stated: “On the third day, Combs introduced his bodyguard, ‘T’ into the sexual advances. Combs framed this as a test of Plaintiff’s willingness to do anything necessary to succeed in the music industry. ‘T’ requested oral sex from Plaintiff, and while Plaintiff complied due to force, Combs sexually assaulted Plaintiff again, simultaneously groping and fondling both Plaintiff and the bodyguard.”

According to the suit, during the act, the boy’s facial expression appeared to show “discomfort and hesitation” which allegedly prompted a negative response from Diddy. The accuser claimed that Diddy perceived the reaction as an “intention to report the incidents” and claimed in the suit that the rapper said he would be “keeping an eye” on the boy.

The lawsuit said: “Ultimately, this led to Plaintiff’s elimination from the competition, as Combs claimed that Plaintiff was untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on his bodyguard. As a result of these assaults during the audition process and Plaintiff’s reactions to them, Plaintiff was excluded from further opportunities in the competition and was unable to return to the music industry for seven years.”

Responding to the announcement of the suits, Combs’ attorney Erica Wolff said: “We cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”
