Former Bad Boy Records member Freddy P, from the group Da Band, claims the infamous cheesecake scene featured on MTV’s “Making the Band” actually involved Beyoncé.

The music competition series aired from 2002 to 2004. In the season two episode, the six-member group was tasked with walking three hours from Manhattan to Brooklyn to fetch a slice of cheesecake for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. During Freddy’s recent appearance on “The Art of Dialogue” to discuss Puff Daddy’s sex trafficking and racketeering charges, Freddy recalled the cheesecake moment.

“Okay, fun fact a lot of people don’t know—that cheesecake we went and got was for Beyoncé,” Freddy claimed. “She was upstairs the whole time.”

He continued, “At first [Diddy] was like, ‘I want some cheesecake,’ but we took all night to do the process, right? So when we got back, it was like four or five in the morning.”

According to Freddy, when the group returned from Brooklyn, they were told to take the cheesecake upstairs to Queen Bey but Freddy is not sure if the singer was aware of their hours-long walk to retrieve the dessert.

In a 2015 interview, former Da Band member Sara Rivers also noted that Beyoncé may have eaten the cake.

“I think the next day, maybe Beyoncé or someone else ate the cheesecake,” she claimed. “I’m not sure exactly who it was because I wasn’t there to see if they ate it or not, but that’s what I heard—that Beyoncé or someone who came to the studio had the cheesecake.”

Elsewhere in “The Art of Dialogue” interview, Freddy P said Diddy is gay and that “everybody around him [Diddy] gay.”

Additionally, he suggested that Diddy is addicted to “turning people out” and that his former assistant Fonzworth Bentley was Diddy’s “little boyfriend, girlfriend, at one time.”
