A Florida woman has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging that the 55-year-old rapper got her pregnant after drugging and sexually abusing her. The plaintiff said that she has been harassed and threatened by Diddy until recently.
According to the lawsuit filed in New York Supreme Court on September 27 and obtained by PEOPLE, the woman said she was repeatedly sexually abused by the music mogul for four years. She has suffered direct damages due to the defendant’s misconduct since the fall of 2020.
The woman said she had been seeing Diddy overseas since 2020, and that the meetings had become more frequent. The rapper always provided transportation for her and paid for her trips. In April 2022, Diddy raped her at his home in Los Angeles. Another time, when she went to see Diddy in Miami, she woke up with bruises and bite marks on her body and did not understand how she got injured. In July 2022, the rapper forced her to his home in Los Angeles and forced her to drink an unknown drink that she later learned contained ketamine.
Shortly after, she discovered she was pregnant, but Diddy forced her to have an abortion. The woman later suffered a miscarriage and did not contact the rapper for several months. In late 2022, Diddy forced her to travel with him again, and on each trip, the rapper forced her to perform sex acts for him and then gave her alcohol and drugs until she passed out.
After each session, the plaintiff said she woke up with bruises all over her body. The abuse continued until July 2024. Diddy’s attorney did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment on the new allegations.
Previously, on September 25, a woman named Thalia Graves also sued Diddy because the rapper and his bodyguard drugged and raped her and then recorded it.
The new lawsuit comes as Diddy remains in custody and faces other serious legal issues. The 55-year-old rapper was arrested on September 16 on charges of sex trafficking, extortion, and solicitation of prostitution. Although Diddy has denied all of his actions, authorities have refused to release the rapper on bail.
In the 14-page indictment against Diddy, the rapper is said to have regularly recorded wild parties that he described as elaborate sex shows that he organized and directed.
