In the video, Syed is seen talking to rapper Young Thug over the phone while he is in custody. The video has sparked controversy due to her emotional outburst towards him. The clip gained particular attention when it was revealed that Syed shares a child with professional boxer Devin Haney.

To clarify the situation, Syed took to her Instagram account, where she explained that the video was recorded before she met Hani, 27. She noted that the entire 15-minute call dates back to 2022, when Young Thug was in custody on charges related to alleged gang activities. The clip that went viral showed an emotional moment from Syed crying and saying, “I don’t love anyone… I just want you.”

Following the uproar, Young Thug attempted to distance himself from the situation by sharing his perspective. In a post on X, he wrote, “Omg me and my twin were talking about totally serious stuff. I don’t know if she was talking about loving anyone else or anything because she doesn’t care about that kind of stuff… and she never will, lol.”

For her part, Syed reiterated her position via Instagram, saying: “That video was before I met my boyfriend. I will never talk to Thug or any other man again.”
