Whittaker tipped the scales at 12st 7lbs (175lbs) while Cameron was one pound lighter at a trim 12st 6lbs (174lbs).
The pair will now take part in a ceremonial weigh-in at 3pm, where they will come face to face for the final time before they meet in the ring at Birmingham’s BP Pulse Live Arena.
There were concerns that the second bout wouldn’t go ahead after both sides became embroiled in a contractual dispute for several weeks.
An administrative error led to the two combatants receiving different contracts: Whittaker for a 10-round fight and Cameron for a 12 rounder.
They eventually resolved the issue on Thursday when the promoter for the event, BOXXER, handed Cameron an expensive compensation package to have his deal changed to a 10-round contest.
Confirming the news to talkSPORT, BOXXER chief Ben Shalom said: “It’s always been ten [rounds].
“I’ve said it’s been ten, we admitted the error two weeks ago.
“It has now been agreed by everyone that it is ten rounds. They have had their fun with it.
“We felt it was dealt with quite a while ago, we felt it was done two weeks ago.
“A week later, what was asked for was completely changed. We had told the Board and everyone that it was agreed…

“We dealt with this in February. We did what they asked, it should have been done, and suddenly things changed.
“We agreed to pay Liam, and he deserves every penny; it was our mistake.”
When Whittaker and Cameron met for the first time last October, their bout ended in controversy.
In the dying embers of the fifth round, both boxers took a tumble over the top rope, resulting in Whittaker sustaining injuries that left him unable to continue.
As four rounds had been completed, the domestic dust-up went to the scorecards, with the three judges declaring it a split draw.
Cameron had been on the ascendancy when the fight was waved off and insisted that Whittaker had looked for a way out of their clash.
Meanwhile, the Tokyo 2020 Olympic silver medallist has still never publicly disclosed the injuries he sustained on fight night.
