Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco have purchased a Beverly Hills mansion for a cool $35 million.
And on Wednesday a first look at the Mediterranean style two-story sprawling home was seen.
The 32-year-old entertainer and 36-year-old music producer picked out a Spanish-style home that boasts seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
According to TMZ, the residence was secured by the lovebirds in December, which is the same month they announced their engagement.
The outlet noted that the sprawling home has a library, spiral staircase, a greenhouse, fitness center, and pool.
And it was reportedly one of the enclave’s most expensive sales of 2024.

Last week the lovestruck couple delighted fans as they announced an upcoming joint music project.
Taking to social media, the music artists teased the forthcoming collection of love songs with photos of the corresponding artwork.
It comes after the Only Murders In The Building star and producer recently vowed to focus on her acting career and put music on the backburner.
Gomez wrote in a caption to her 421 million followers, ‘I always trick you guys. My NEW album I Said I Love You First, with my best friend @bennyblanco, is out on 3/21.’
The note continued, ‘Our first song, Scared of Loving You, is out now on all streaming platforms. Merchandise and signed products for the album are available for pre-order now. We can’t wait to share this special project with you soon!’
Blanco joined in the comments to write, ‘i love you baby,’ collecting a whopping 49,000 likes.
And Selena’s beauty brand, Rare, also dropped a line that read: ‘you tricked us fr…can’t wait for 3/21!! ❤️.’
Benny has also been active on his personal Instagram account lately, revealing his unorthodox Valentine’s Day surprise for his wife-to-be — a tub full of nacho cheese.
He captioned a video displaying the extravagant gesture, ‘When your fiancée isn’t much of a flowers girl.’

During a December chat with Saoirse Ronan for Variety’s Actors on Actors series, Selena opened up about her career in entertainment.
She noted, ‘I definitely think my strong suit is probably acting. But one thing I’m proud of in music is being able to tell a story — my favorite songs are mostly ballads, and they’re very transparent and honest.’
The Only Murders In The Building sensation added, ‘But I think I might be a little too old for the pop-star life.
‘I’m genuinely so happy to just be in this new era of my life, because in a lot of ways, it’s just the beginning.’
Selena’s last musical project was March 2021’s Spanish-language album Revelación, released nearly four years ago.
The Golden Globe nominee revealed her engagement news on Instagram in December, sharing photos of her huge diamond engagement ring.
‘Forever begins now..’ she captioned a carousel of four images, including one of her husband-to-be holding her in his arms as he kissed her head.
