Kim Kardashian has had to break some tough news to her younger sister, Khloé Kardashian, several times throughout her personal struggles.

Amid her high-profile romances with Lamar Odom and Tristan Thompson, Khloé has been cheated on multiple times with the aftermath playing out in the public eye. During the Wednesday, April 16 episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast, Khloé revealed that Kim knew about the scandals before they went public.

After host Alex Cooper asked Khloé, 40, if momager Kris Jenner has known things about her personal life before she did, Khloé replied, “Oh my God. She has more times than less, her and Kim.”

She added, “I think sometimes it bothers her. And I’m like, ‘Why does that bother you?’ But Kim has known about the cheating. I think both of the cheating stuff. I think Kim found out first. I think both — which is crazy — before I knew.”

Khloé didn’t specifically clarify which partner’s infidelity she was referring to, but noted that Jenner “knew things before I did and had to tell me” when it came to Odom.

Odom and Khloé married in 2009, one month after meeting each other. Khloé filed for divorce in 2013 amid multiple cheating allegations but called it off in 2015. She filed one final time in 2016.

Later in the episode, Khloé shared that Thompson’s 2018 cheating scandal, which took place just days before the birth of their first child together True Thompson, happened in real-time while Kim was filming the family’s reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

“When Kim found out that Tristan was cheating on me when I was pregnant, she was, if I remember correctly, I think she was about to sit down for Keeping Up interviews, and it happened while she was in the interview chair,” Khloé recalled. “I don’t know if as much would have been shown if that’s not how it was unfolding in real time. We just happened to be filming all the f—— time, so it did happen that way.”

As for her take on learning the news from family members, Khloé acknowledged, “I would rather a family member than a stranger.”

However, Khloé did admit to having one regret looking back at Thompson’s cheating scandals and the impact she felt it had on her younger sisters, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner.

“I think the worst part of that experience was how much I let down my younger sisters,” Khloé said of going back to Thompson after he cheated. “Because I remember they were like, ‘He’s gonna do this again. Don’t, like, stay with him.’ “

The mother of two said she felt the “disappointment” from Kendall and Kylie, adding, “They would never say that to me, and they’ve never said that to me. But I’ve always felt how much I’ve disappointed them by staying and doing that again.”

Though Khloé did get back together with the NBA star, she called it quits for good in December 2021 after it was revealed that Thompson had cheated on her again and fathered a child with fitness trainer Maralee Nicholls.

“I knew in hindsight,” Khloé said of the cheating. “Oh, that’s what that feeling was of never feeling safe with him again. That I just my body sort of knew, a woman’s intuition.”
