Criticisms against Kim came flooding in recently when North shared a TikTok video over the weekend, giving followers a peek at her Coachella outfit.

The 11-year-old donned a grey hoodie, plaid miniskirt, and black shorts, completed with a Balenciaga bag worth $2,383 [£1,800] and a full face of makeup.
The caption to the video post simply read: “Coachella day 2.”
Although Coachella welcomes all ages, many online were unsettled by the idea of an 11-year-old attending such an event unsupervised.

Online, Kim was hit by a wave of criticism due to North’s Coachella video.
According to the Daily Mail, in a since-deleted Reddit thread, a person questioned, “Does anyone find it weird that 11-year-old North West is at Coachella?”

Another chimed in, criticizing the way North was dressed and made up, stating, “She’s too young to be dressing and putting makeup on like that, and forget about Coachella, I wonder what goes on in Kim’s head when she indirectly lets her daughter act and look like an adult.”

Kim is no stranger to being criticized over her parenting, as she was previously slammed for sharing a video of her daughter wearing huge jewelry.
The business mogul showed off North’s sense of style on Instagram by posting photos of her styled with tons of stunning jewelry as they played dress up at home over the weekend.

In the photos, North wore a red Chicago Bulls T-shirt and accessorized with bracelets, rings, and necklaces.
She completed the daring look by posing with her hands on her head while wearing a faux lip piercing and nose ring, tying back her hair locks to highlight her fierce expressions.
The photo set tongues wagging at the time, with a fan branding it “unnecessary jewelry for a young girl” and another joking that North is “probably wearing my college tuition.”

However, while Kim was absent from Coachella over the weekend, several other Kardashian-Jenner family members were at the festival.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner both made appearances, each promoting their alcohol brands, 818 Tequila and Sprinter. The makeup mogul, Kylie, was also seen getting cozy with her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet.
Kylie’s seven-year-old daughter, Stormi, was also part of the festivities, dancing along to Travis Scott’s performance on Saturday night.
Footage captured by TMZ showed Stormi enjoying the music while being carried on the shoulders of family friend Fai Khadra, perched high above the crowd.
While Kylie wasn’t seen in the footage of Stormi dancing, insiders confirmed she was there for Scott’s headlining set and was backstage in the VIP section, which was reserved for Scott’s family and close friends.

Kendall joined them backstage and was spotted holding Stormi’s hand when she wasn’t being lifted above the crowd.

Meanwhile, Kim has hinted at her plans to walk down the aisle again after having been married thrice before.
In an episode of her Hulu show “The Kardashians,” she shared that she’ll marry for “a fourth” time after admitting that she’s “secretly” dating.
Kim’s ex-husbands include Damon Thomas, Kris Humphries, and Kanye West.
The conversation surfaced as she and her sister Khloe attended the July 2024 wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Mumbai, India, where she wondered what her engagement ring for her fourth and final marriage would be like.
“I wonder what my next ring shape will be?” Kim asked, per the Daily Mail. “For my last and final hurrah.”
It comes after she admitted in a January episode that she’s “secretly” dating someone. It remains unclear if she is planning on marrying again or if she is hoping she will.
