From the most influential figure in American music history to a series of accusations of horrific sexual crimes,  Sean “Diddy” Combs  (born 1969) is a name that is shaking the world. And the most interested place related to Diddy right now is the secretive mansion in Miami (Florida, USA) – where lavish parties take place. 

This Miami mansion is the second place being investigated by authorities, along with a $40 million mansion in Los Angeles (California).

Located in the “paradise” of the rich

It is known that this mansion is located on Star Island – an artificial island known as a paradise for the rich. A real estate broker said that this island, as its name suggests, is home to the most beautiful houses of the richest and most famous people, and the surrounding landscape is perfectly maintained.  

“This gated community, accessible via a single bridge, close to downtown, has all the best restaurants. It’s just minutes from the airport, making it ideal for celebrity owners, Fortune 500s, and tycoons. If you want to be close to the action but still have privacy and exclusivity, there’s no better place than Star Island,” the broker said. 

This real estate broker also revealed that from a professional perspective, almost no houses on Star Island are listed on real estate exchanges: “Because they are always traded outside the market flow. And this further increases the attractiveness of Star Island” .

As for Diddy, the rapper is a longtime resident of Star Island. The Bad Boy Records founder first moved to the neighborhood in 2003, when he purchased a sprawling nine-bedroom, 12-bathroom mansion from businessman Tommy Mottola. The price tag at the time was $14.5 million. 

In 2021, the rapper bought the land next door from singers Gloria and Emilio Estefan for $35 million. The land includes a mansion with 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and an outdoor oasis. Owning such a large piece of real estate, many people believe that Diddy has built an underground complex to party wildly here. It would not be an exaggeration to call this Diddy’s “secret room”!

What did you see when Diddy’s “secret room” was raided? 

In March 2024, Diddy’s mansion was suddenly raided by authorities, and images inside the mansion were also exposed. 

In images obtained by the media, many rooms in the mansion had been ransacked, creating a state of chaos. The entire bedroom was littered with furniture; clothes, paper bags, and receipts were rummaged through and scattered on the bed; drawers and suitcases were also opened and strewn everywhere.

In particular, many of the villa’s doors were broken and severely damaged, showing the tough attitude of the authorities in this search. However, in this search, no results have been announced regarding the suspicion of the underground complex that netizens have spread.

The miserable state of the mansion also surprised many people because it was completely opposite to the luxurious image previously posted by the Realtor website. 

Accordingly, the interior of the mansion has a dominant white tone. From the wall paint, the cabinet system to the tables and chairs are all pure white or ivory, completely coinciding with the name of the wild ” white party ” hosted by Diddy.

The exterior of the mansion is exactly as the real estate agent described it, surrounded by gardens and manicured lawns. There’s also a swimming pool and an outdoor stage where Diddy hosts lavish parties for hundreds of   rich and famous  guests .

On September 17, Diddy used this Miami mansion as collateral for $48 million in a $50 million bail application. However, the bail application was rejected by the judge and the rapper was ordered to remain in custody.
