Those who knew Diddy or attended any of his parties had to sign a non-disclosure agreement. This comes comes after the hip hop mogul was arrested and charged in September
A copy of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ non-disclosure agreements have been obtained.
The hip hop mogul was arrested in September and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. Diddy has denied all allegations, pleaded not guilty and is currently awaiting trial on May 5, 2025. He is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Pictures and videos from Diddy’s “freak off” parties came to surface after his arrest. Many wondered why no one has spoken out about them and it could be because those who attended, celebrities included, had to sign a NDA.
TMZ obtained a copy of Diddy’s NDA. Once someone signs a NDA, it prevents the person from talking or sharing anything about a person or an event. In this case, anyone who signed a NDA from Diddy, it prevented them to talk about anything related to Diddy, his family members, current or former partners, spouses and friends of business associates.

The NDA prohibits signees from photographing, filming or recording Diddy or anyone in his orbit without his written approval. It lists social media platforms where participants are not permitted to upload photographs the music producer does not approve of. Attendees were also not permitted to conduct interviews, publish books or disclose anything about Diddy or any parties without prior written approval.
Those who signed any NDA related to Diddy, signed their life to it. The agreement lasts while Diddy is alive plus 20 years after their death or a grand total of 70 years.
This could possibly explain why when Ashton Kutcher was asked in a 2019 Hot Ones interview to share a memory from one of Diddy’s parties, he did not.
Ashton responded: “Wow. Okay, I’ve got a lot I can’t tell.” He then paused, stumbled with his words as he considered what he was going to say next. He finally said while laughing, “I can’t tell that one either.”
Many celebrities like the Kardashian family, Usher, Justin Bieber and other have been photographed at Diddy’s parties or have partied with the hip hop mogul.
