The 32-year-old actress, who recently opened up about her infertility issues, received some sweet words of support from her Hulu series co-star Martin Short on Sunday while taking the stage at the 2024 Emmy Awards in Los Angeles.
Selena and Martin, 74, who is rumored to be dating Meryl Streep, were accompanied by Steve Martin, 79, as the Only Murders In The Building stars presented the award for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.

Father-son duo and Emmy Awards co-hosts Eugene and Dan Levy, 41, introduced the trio as Martin and Steve laughed together while they Selena walked beside them.
Selena began to walk faster to keep up with them and told Martin: “I’m about to fall.”

“I got you, baby,” Martin insisted as he tenderly placed an arm around her.
A snippet of the touching exchange was posted on a popular entertainment forum on Reddit, where fans gushed over the pair’s sweet relationship.
One user @Own-Importance5459 wrote: “Honestly I love how Steve and Martin are her honorary dads now.”

This sweet moment comes after Selena opened up about her infertility heartbreak.
During an interview with Vanity Fair, she revealed: “I haven’t ever said this but I unfortunately can’t carry my own children.
“I have a lot of medical issues that would put my life and the baby’s in jeopardy. That was something I had to grieve for a while.”
