Hailey Bieber gave birth to her first child with Justin Bieber last month and it seems the baby bliss is making the new dad reflect on his past relationships
Justin Bieber is hoping to clear the air with his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez after welcoming his first child with Hailey Bieber, according to reports.
Jack Blues Bieber was born last month and it seems his dad is now reflecting on his past relationships. A source has suggested Justin has “mellowed out” since becoming a dad and is hoping to mend things with Selena and her boyfriend Benny Blanco.
They said Justin has “got nothing but peace and love for everybody” now. While his priority is to care for his newborn, the source explained Justin has a “checklist of people he wants to make peace with”.
It’s believed Justin “really wants a clean slate” as the source claimed he “regrets a lot of the things he did and said in the past”. They put his past behavior down to immaturity.
Speaking to Life and Style magazine, the source added: “Benny and Selena are at the top of the list, and he’s decided to try again to mend fences with them. He’s saying he’s going to write them both a really heartfelt note and appeal to clear the air because he doesn’t want any of that lingering awkwardness or negativity that he knows is still there.
“He feels so blessed right now and it’s got him wanting to spread the love and good vibes.” The Mirror US has approached Justin’s representative for comment.
Justin and Selena started dating in 2009 after he serenaded her with his song One Less Lonely Girl at Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. However, they split for the first time two years later.
They seemed to have reunited in April 2013 and Justin confirmed their romance on Instagram a year later. Things didn’t last though and they split again in November 2014.
Just one month later, Justin sparked romance rumors with his now-wife Hailey Bieber. However, it turned out to be just rumors and by March 1 2018, Selena and Justin were back on. Just six days later, the pair decided to take a break and it didn’t take long for Justin and Hailey to rekindle their relationship.
